Today we progressed quite well.
We have managed to put nearly all of our footage into the correct order, with the music behind it.
We had one issue - At the beginning of the video, we see a scrapbook front cover with the title of the song and artists name on it. We wanted the font to match our CD cover and magazine advert, to create a better brand identity. We tried for a long time, to change the font but we found out through our teacher that we could not change our font as it is a set effect on the mac. This was quite annoying as we really wanted it to create a link throughout our promotional material.
We played around with the different effects on the Mac, this was to try and create our vintage/sepia look that we wanted. We found that there was an 'Aged film' look. This was excellent as it matched our ideas perfectly. We also used a 'Romantic' look and this softened the shots that we thought needed it, and this effect really worked well with the music.
