Audience Feedback

This is what our target audience thought of our ideas.

• Nearly everyone said that they liked the location, and that it fitted with the type of song that we are using.

They suggested that we had an advantage of shooting our video outside and this was because we had the help of natural lighting.

But we then thought that this may bee an issue if we decide to shoot our video on a day where it is raining and not very sunny. This therefore made us realise that our shooting schedule had to be carefully planned.

As well as saying what they liked about our ideas they also gave us suggestions on how to make it better, and they got us to think about what we could do better.

• They got us to think about what transitions we could use, we decided that we need to use soft transitions such as fade and ripple.
• They also got us to think about what special effects we could use and some of them came up with the good idea of putting some of the video in black and white. Me and Lottie then had a good idea of making some of the video in sepia, to make it look vintage. We then thought this could run throughout the artists motif. For example use a vintage/sketchy feel to the CD cover.
• This made us think about creating a star image motif, and we are thinking along the lines of sepia/vintage feel to our artist. For example we got this idea from Scouting for Girls album and it worked really well and therefore we want to make something similar.
